Below, you can find all the information you need for extending a fixture from our Focus Series. This information includes what to keep in mind before starting with extending the series, the various tools you require per mounting option, manuals for the Focus Micro G2 and Focus G4, and explanation videos on how to extend them.

IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND

When you’re going to extend a Focus fixture, it is important to read this page completely, and to read our manuals beforehand. In our manuals, you can read that we recommend a maximum length of extension pipes that can be connected continuously. Those are the following:
Maxiumum 4 pipes
We recommend to connect no more than 10 pipes of 10 cm continuously.
Maximum 4 pipes
We recommend to connect no more than 4 pipes of 30 cm continuously.
This ensures that the fixtures won’t tilt when they stand upright. When they hang on a track, this does not necessarily apply.

To install an extension pipe, you will need the following tools per mounting option:
