Delivery

Because of our in-house production department, we not only have full control regarding quality, but production times are also kept to an absolute minimum. We do our best to process and send your order in a timespan of 3 weeks.

Of course, we do want to cater to any need, so if your order is urgent, we will see how we can help you reach your deadline. Be sure to contact your CLS distributor, or sales contact, to discuss the options.

If you are still orienting yourself and do not yet have a CLS contact person, you can always inquire about the possibilities for your project via one of our contact options: contact page, phone, or e-mail.

Installation

If you are going to install your CLS products, we advise you to read the manual beforehand. You can find the manual for the product you ordered via the QR code on the box, or via the product page on our website. Visit our product series overview to choose your series and product.

If you have chosen for your products to be controlled via the DMX protocol, you can find all you need for installing them on this page: How to set up DMX-controlled CLS fixtures.

CLS distributors

Price list

We always send out a new price list when new products are added, but we are also always happy to send you one when you need it. 

Please fill out the contact form or contact your CLS sales contact so we can send you a price list.

Photometrics

All available photometric files can be found on the bottom of the product page on which you want the photometric files. 

Please fill out the contact form if you cannot find the file you need. 

Please note: Photometric files are generated based on LED colour and lense option. This means we do not have a photometric file per available option / generated article code, since we have thousands of available options per fixture, due to the modular build.

LDT files - Dialux

All available LDT files can be found on the bottom of the product page of which you want the LDT files under: ‘Photometrics’ — ‘Download the LDT files’. You will find this zip file under all the available LM79 files.

Specification sheets / text

All available specification sheets can be found on the product page in the right column under ‘Downloads and accessories’ – ‘Specification text’ of which you want the specification sheet. You can download them in either Word or PDF.

We do not offer separate specification sheets for a fixture’s spot, track, or bracket versions. You can alter the specification text for your project as desired. Only the mounting is different; all other specifications remain the same.

Certifications

All CLS products are CE compliant. 

We are working on our UL Certification, but if your project is short-term, please note that it is not in place yet and that our products are currently only CE-compliant.

Warranty / Repairs

You can find the warranty period of your CLS fixture on the product page, in the right column under ‘warranty’, and under ‘specifications’ – ‘warranty’.

We offer up to 15 years of fixture repair/upgrade support. As we manufacture all our fixtures in-house in the Netherlands, we perform maintenance/repairs here as well. If you require a repair/upgrade or maintenance on your CLS fixture(s), please contact your sales contact or contact CLS via your preferred way; via our contact page, phone, or e-mail.
